Payment Requirements

Due to the nature of our products, we design and sell exclusively to Safety & Law Enforcement officials/departments only! Otherwise, no badge equals no check.

Departmental Orders:

Payment terms are established with all departmental orders.

Non-Departmental Orders:

While cash is king, we gladly accept all forms of payment including VISA and MasterCard.

All International orders are VISA or MasterCard only, payable in US funds.

Orders may be submitted via email to sales@ususupply.com; by FAX at 317.822.8167 Attention Sales Department; or by telephone at 866.822.8166. If requested, a confirmation of your order will be returned by email or fax.

We generally ship within 10 business days depending on order size and complexity. If a product is on back order, we will notify you immediately and provide alternative selections.

Merchandise Returns

If you have a concern with any merchandise you received from us, call us at 1.866.822.8166 or click here to email us immediately so that we can correct the situation.

All merchandise purchased by U.S. Uniform & Supply is completely supported with Manufacturer's Guarantees. Conditions for returns are as follows:

•		It is still in the original packaging and in unused condition, "resalable as new."
•		All returns must be authorizied before the merchandise is returned to us.
•		When you contact us we will issue a Return Authorization Number. Upon returning the package, it must clearly show our (RA) Return Authorization number on the outside of the package. Returns will not be accepted without an RA Number.
•		A claim must be made within 5 days of receipt of product for the authorization of a return.
•		A 15% restocking fee will be accessed on all returned items.
•		Shipping fees are not refundable.

Please insure your package in case it is lost or damaged. You are responsible for insuring items that are sent back to us as we will not be responsible for lost items. We also suggest shipping your return via a trackable method.

To submit a return, please do the following:

1.		Contact us with your full name and order number.
2.		We will respond to you within 24 hours with a RA number.
3.		Write this RA Number clearly on the outside of the package and send back to us.
4.		We will refund your order amount minus a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping and Handling Information

We will discuss your shipping requirements as part of our order entry process. Distance, order size, and urgency can affect delivery costs and timeframe. We normally ship by UPS, but let us know what you need and our shipping experts will make the most appropriate recommendation.
